go-e and Kraken: Connecting Europe's Energy and Mobility Ecosystem
Feldkirchen/ London (July 8, 2026) - go-e, one of the top 10 electric vehicle (EV) AC charging solutions providers in Europe, and Kraken, the AI-powered operating system serving more than 90 million utility customer accounts across multiple continents, announce the start of their partnership.
The partnership brings go-e's charging devices into Kraken's global energy ecosystem, enabling utilities to intelligently coordinate residential EV charging. Consumers can effortlessly shift energy usage to periods when electricity is cleaner, cheaper and more abundant – fully automated by Kraken. This flattens peak demand, lowers charging costs for consumers, and accelerates the transition to a more flexible, decarbonised energy system.
“Our announcement comes at a defining moment”, says go-e’s CEO Erik Yesayan, “If we just look at the UK, renewable energy jobs have finally surpassed fossil fuel jobs.1 In the EU, 1.8 million people are already working in the renewable energy sector.2 Solar and wind power are already generating more electricity than fossil fuels,3 EV sales numbers are gaining momentum,4 and demand for smart charging solutions is rising sharply as a result - not only in Germany and Austria, where we continue to be market leaders in the sector of vehicle-independent AC home charging, but all over Europe and beyond. Kraken functions as the digital backbone of modern energy markets, managing everything from billing and customer service to grid flexibility and smart device coordination. go-e takes up where that energy meets mobility. Together, our two companies offer a comprehensive and scalable solution for everything energy-related, from the moment a car is plugged in to charge. The effect: lower mobility costs for EV drivers with no compromise in charging comfort - and revenue that stays in Europe.”
Devrim Celal, Chief Flexibility Officer at Kraken, said: “As consumers switch away from petrol cars, electricity becomes one of the most important parts of the household budget. The success of the energy transition depends on allowing these consumers to participate effortlessly in a modern, flexible energy system and benefit from the cheapest, cleanest energy available. Together with go-e, we're helping EV drivers charge smarter, reduce their costs, and support a resilient, modern energy system for Europe.”
