How Long Does it Take to Charge a Tesla Model 3 with an AC Charging Station?
The charging times listed depend on the above-mentioned car characteristics and the charging station.
Charging with mobile AC charging station 11 kW and 22 kW
The go-eCharger HOME+ 11 kW and 22 kW and the go-e Charger Gemini flex 11 kW and 22 kW were used to calculate the charging time for the Tesla Model 3.
A Tesla Model 3 can therefore be charged in around 6 hours with a maximum charging power of 11 kW.

Charging with mobile AC charging station and adapter
The charging times listed depend on the above-mentioned car characteristics, the charging station and the go-e adapter* used.
The go-eCharger HOME+ 11 kW and 22 kW and the go-e Charger Gemini flex 11 kW and 22 kW were used to calculate the charging time of the Tesla Model 3 using a mobile AC charging station and adapter.
In the case of the 11 kW charging stations, a CEE red 32 A adapter, a CEE blue 16 A adapter and an adapter for the household socket with a charging capacity of 10 A were used for the calculation.

Adapter*: only original go-e adapters should be used for charging with the go-e Charger.
Tesla Model 3 charging with stationary AC charging stations
The calculated charging times depend on the above-mentioned car characteristics, the charging station and connections. The go-eCharger HOMEfix 11 kW and 22 kW and the go-e Charger Gemini 11 kW and 22 kW were used to calculate the charging time of the Tesla Model 3 using a stationary AC charging station.
We used a maximum current of 16 A for the single-phase connection.
The Tesla Model 3 can therefore be charged in 17.35 hours with a single-phase connection and a maximum charging power of 3.7 kW. With a three-phase connection and a maximum charging power of 11 kW, the charging time is 6.12 hours.

Tesla Model 3 charging with a public DC charging station
The calculated charging times depend on the above-mentioned car characteristics, the charging station and connections. If the Tesla is charged at a public DC charging station, the electric car can be charged from 0 to 80% in 30 minutes at a maximum of 166 kW.

How Long Does a Tesla Model 3 Charge at a Tesla Supercharger?
At the Tesla V3 Supercharger, the Tesla Model 3 can charge at a charging speed of around 247 kW within 25 minutes. Note: however, most Superchargers currently only allow a maximum of 150 kW.

Tesla Model 3: Charging Power and Charging Speed
You can charge your Tesla at Tesla Superchargers, public AC and DC charging stations and with a private wallbox. While charging at a Tesla Supercharger is usually the fastest option, using a normal DC fast charger is also a good choice on a long journey. Charging the Model 3 from 0 to 100% at home takes about 6 hours, so it's better to do it overnight.
