1. Organiser

The giveaway is organised by go-e GmbH, Satellitenstraße 1, 9560 Feldkirchen in Carinthia, Austria ("go-e" or "Organiser").

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on 23.06.2026 and ends on 25.06.2026 ("Giveaway Period"). Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

Participation is open to all visitors attending Power2Drive (The Smarter E) who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees of go-e GmbH and their immediate family members may participate but are excluded from winning.

Participation is free of charge and does not require any purchase.

4. How to Participate

To enter the giveaway, participants must submit a guess of the number of go-e magnets contained in the designated giveaway box during the Giveaway Period.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same participant may be disqualified at the Organiser's discretion.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact details. The Organiser is not responsible for incomplete, incorrect, or illegible entries.

5. Winner Selection

At the end of the Giveaway Period, the participant whose guess is closest to the actual number of magnets in the box will be declared the winner.

If two or more participants submit equally close guesses, the winner will be determined by a random draw among those participants.

The Organiser's determination of the number of magnets and the winning entry is final. The determination will be made in closed session within one week after the end of the participation period.

6. Prize

The winner will receive:

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative product or service.

If any prize component becomes unavailable, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided during entry within 7 days after the giveaway closes.

If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within 7 days, or declines the prize, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Delivery

The prize will be handed over at the event or shipped to the winner at an address within the European Economic Area (EEA), as determined by the Organiser.

Any customs duties, taxes, or other charges applicable outside the EEA shall be borne by the winner.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected as part of the giveaway will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and delivering the prize.

The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in administering the giveaway).

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the giveaway and comply with legal obligations.

10. Liability

The Organiser shall not be liable for technical failures, lost entries, incorrect contact information, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevent the giveaway from being conducted as planned.

To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser's liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence.

11. Changes and Cancellation

The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

12. Applicable Law

This giveaway shall be governed exclusively by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions.

Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
