We are looking for an innovative and dedicated Social Media / Community Manager who shares our vision and helps us to grow go-e further.
We are open to discuss remote work options with limited on-site presence.

Your area of responsibility
- You will develop an overall concept for our social media strategy and use it as a basis for communicating our values of the go-e brand
- You will be responsible for the social media content strategy and its implementation, including editorial planning
- In cooperation with other experts from the marketing team, you will independently prepare content for all social media channels in line with the target group and take responsibility for publishing it
- With budget responsibility, you will plan national and international social ad campaigns and also implement them operationally - in the process, you will increase performance on the basis of reports you create and the relevant KPIs
- You will prove yourself as a community manager on all social media channels, in public forums and blogs as well as with regard to online reviews
- In cooperation with national and international agencies, you will take your social media campaigns to the next level
- You will maintain contacts with international influencers in coordination with our PR manager
- The detection and implementation of social media trends will accompany you continuously
It would be great if you have
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in social media and content management, ideally on the corporate side or for an agency
- You have already proven your planning and implementation skills on various social media channels (ideally Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Through your creativity, you constantly generate ideas for fresh content and manage to publish it in the shortest possible time with a sense of aesthetics, image and text language
- You have extensive knowledge of Facebook Creator Studio, Ad Manager and Business Manager, and ideally have a good command of the tools of other social media channels
- The evaluation of social media measures including the analysis of KPIs is part of your toolbox
- You are a team player and yet used to organizing yourself independently, on your own initiative and in a structured manner, as well as reacting flexibly to day-to-day requirements
- You act empathetically and responsibly and are capable of making decisions
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and know how to present yourself and your ideas professionally and to your target group in English and German
- Ideally, you will be able to set the scene for people and products independently, photographically and/or via video, and to prepare the content created in this way in a way that is appropriate for the target group
It would be even better if you have
- A completed apprenticeship or degree with a focus on communications, media, online marketing or comparable
- Experience in online marketing and/or customer support is advantageous
- Ideally, you have basic knowledge in the use of various Adobe CC programs (including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), which makes it even easier for you to prepare fresh content
- Some technical interest, thanks to which you are able to prepare even complicated content accurately
