You will recruit across multiple locations in Europe and play a direct role in shaping how people will charge their cars in the future. Your area of responsibility

  1. Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for inbound applications, from first contact through offer
  2. Act as a sparring partner to hiring managers—from headcount approval to offer acceptance—by deeply understanding role requirements and drafting compelling job descriptions
  3. Serve as the first point of contact for candidates and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
  4. Proactively source and engage candidates across a wide range of roles and locations
  5. Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  6. Coach hiring managers and interviewers on recruitment best practices
  7. Monitor recruitment quality, stay close to business needs, and continuously identify opportunities to improve processes
  8. Represent go-e at job fairs and networking events and build sustainable, long-term talent pipelines

It would be great if you have

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting, including active sourcing
  • Proven success running active sourcing campaigns, even with limited resources
  • Hands-on experience with modern sourcing tools and platforms
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Confidence managing multiple roles across different locations simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Strong affinity for new technologies and data-driven decision-making
  • A strong drive for quality and the ambition to take our recruiting to the next level

It would be even better if you have

  • Experience recruiting for both tech roles and blue-collar positions
  • Experience working with Greenhouse or a similar ATS
  • Experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter (Lite)
