We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead our quality assurance processes, focusing on embedded software. In this role, you will work closely with developers to test software and hardware integrations, ensuring our IoT-enabled EV chargers are reliable and provide an excellent user experience. Your area of responsibility

• Own the end-to-end quality process for the embedded software of go-e products
• Lead the QA strategy and testing processes
• Develop and maintain QA strategies and test plans while improving existing workflows
• Perform manual and automated white-box and black-box tests, analyzing and reporting results
• Take part in regression testing for new releases 
• Prepare comprehensive test environments
• Build automated testing frameworks and develop test automation
• Help developers reproduce bugs and collaborate to resolve issues effectively
• Collaborate with QA beyond embedded software: across mobile apps, backend systems and physical products

It would be great if you have

• 5+ years of experience testing software for IoT devices
• A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• A strong understanding of embedded systems components, including MCUs, MPUs, communication interfaces, and digital/analog devices
• An independent, self-driven attitude with a passion for growing structures and processes
• Fluent in English (C1)

It would be even better if you have 

• Familiarity with electronics 
• Familiarity with EV chargers
• Knowledge of embedded Linux
• An understanding of power electronics
• Experience in programming languages used for embedded development
