Your area of responsibility

1. Provide hands-on IT support for internal users (hardware, software, network, and cloud tools)
2. Manage and maintain Windows, Linux, and Apple client and server systems
3. Administer and optimize cloud platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, JSM)
4. Support and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/WiFi), including troubleshooting connectivity and performance issues
5. Assist and support IT-related topics in our manufacturing environment
6. Define, document, and continuously improve internal IT processes
7. Implement and maintain internal communication solutions (e.g. intranet, info screens)
8. Manage user lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding, access rights, device setup)

It would be great if you have

• 3+ years of professional experience in IT support, system administration, or similar roles
• Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Apple environments (clients & servers)
• Practical experience with networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, WiFi, routing basics)
• Experience with Google Workspace and Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence)
• Basic understanding of IT security principles and ideally familiarity with NIS2 requirements
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and systems
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Motivation to build and improve structures and processes in a growing company
• Fluent in German and English (technical communication)

It would be even better if you have

• IT security certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001, etc.)
• Experience with MDM solutions 
• Experience with network hardware (e.g. Ubiquiti, MikroTik, etc.)
• Scripting or automation skills (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, NodeJS)

The overpayment is based on your professional experience and qualifications. The collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry applies.
