Η go-e GmbH ιδρύθηκε το 2015 στο πλαίσιο ενός σχεδίου Kickstarter και το 2017 παρουσίασε το go-eCharger HOME+, το πρώτο παγκοσμίως έξυπνο wallbox για τη φόρτιση ηλεκτρικών αυτοκινήτων που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί και εν κινήσει. Η εταιρεία, η οποία απασχολεί σήμερα περίπου 115 εργαζόμενους, έχει εξελιχθεί από τότε σε έναν διεθνώς καθιερωμένο προμηθευτή παραγωγής και διανομής αξεσουάρ για την ηλεκτροκίνηση, ειδικότερα έξυπνων σταθμών φόρτισης εναλλασσόμενου ρεύματος για ηλεκτρικά αυτοκίνητα με ικανότητα φόρτισης έως 22 kW. Σήμερα, πελάτες από περισσότερες από 20 χώρες λαμβάνουν τεχνολογία φόρτισης από την go-e μέσω ενός συνεχώς αναπτυσσόμενου δικτύου περισσότερων από 1.000 συνεργατών, εμπόρων και εξειδικευμένων επιχειρήσεων. Η go-e είναι αφοσιωμένη σε αξίες όπως η καινοτόμος ανάπτυξη, η έμπνευση για βιώσιμη δράση και τα διαισθητικά προϊόντα. Η παραγωγή γίνεται με όσο το δυνατόν πιο βιώσιμο τρόπο στις εγκαταστάσεις της εταιρείας στο Feldkirchen της Αυστρίας. Επιπλέον, η go-e διαθέτει μια επιπλέον τοποθεσία στο Βερολίνο η οποία ειδικεύεται στην Έρευνα και Ανάπτυξη στον τομέα των υποδομών φόρτισης.
