Your area of responsibility

1. Create user-centered journeys and flows maintaining your design perspective and practice
2. Conceptualise products and features to help envision the future of electromobility
3. Effectively prioritize work based on deadlines and input from management, business, developers and, mostly, users
4. Determine best practice approaches and lead the product through a solid design process
5. Shape a visual direction for our product experience based on trends and our brand
6. Create and maintain design systems as a foundation for our applications
7. Work as an effective and communicative team member with PM, developers, and fellow designers in a Balanced Team
8. Help us grow our design-driven product teams along with industrial designers, hardware and software experts

It would be great if you

• rolled out successfully digital products and features to users
• held and synthesized user interviews and turn them into value for the final product, translating customer insights into design solutions
• are comfortable with the design thinking process from beginning to end
• are comfortable with driving and advocating design thinking process and practices independently
• can grasp easily what needs to be built and how to deliver it to the users
• have proven ability to create designs with a high level of usability and visual appeal
• are comfortable using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe, or similar
• have experience in conducting moderated and unmoderated user testing
• have experience in working with a Balanced Team bringing products to launch
• know and practiced Lean Startup, Agile, and modern balanced team practices: Marty Cagan, Teresa Torres and Eric Ries are not new to you
• are excited to work independently and take responsibility
• are able to communicate openly and in an effective manner
• are fluent in English at minimum C1-Level
