With charging stations for EVs with photovoltaic connection and load balancing, we are a provider of comprehensive system solutions for all requirements of modern e-mobility.

We are looking for an UX/UI Designer who can take over all design tasks. You will be involved in product strategy workshops and User research as well as things like wireframing and visual design, working closely with engineers. You should have prior experience designing UIs for web applications as well as participating in and facilitating product strategy workshops.
We would love to see your portfolio and discuss your experiences.

Your area of responsibility

  1. Assist in the facilitation of product workshops of product strategy activities such as journey mapping and design sprints
  2. Work through design problems from beginning to end: conducting user research and translating research insights into ideas, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  3. Interpret data from qualitative research to reduce assumptions, identify jobs-to-be-done, and help the team to deliver an experience that users understand and enjoy
  4. Create product component libraries and technical guidelines
  5. Use your presentation skills in order to present the stages of the research development to business users
  6. Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, including web developers, programmers and product managers
  7. Designing and testing UI elements with Figma, Sketch, etc.
  8. Communicate findings with an influential reporting style

It would be great if you have

  • 3-4 years of professional experience relevant to the role 
  • Understanding of costs and priorities in making assumptions and solutions
  • Excited to work independently and take responsibility
  • Excited to grow structures and processes in a young company
  • Able to communicate openly and in an effective manner
  • Fluent in English and German

It would be even better if you have 

  • Understanding of quantitative data
  • Experience in the field of EV charging solutions or physical products
  • Professional experience in both start-ups and grown-up companies
